Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • We print each poster to order and ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner, Printumo.

  • Because every order is produced specifically for you, production typically takes a few days before it ships — exact production and delivery times depend on the destination and product options (size, passepartout, framing).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen product.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves production. Where available, tracking information will be included.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local carriers, or circumstances outside our control, though we will help you track down a delayed order.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.

Returns and refunds

Because each poster is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons once production has begun.

We will provide a free replacement or full refund if:

  • your order arrives damaged (e.g. damaged frame, glass, or print during transit);

  • your order arrives defective (e.g. print quality issue, wrong item, missing components); or

  • your order was not as described on the Shop.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at luca@lucastefanelli.dk within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a photo showing the damage or defect.

  3. We'll arrange a free reprint/replacement or a refund, whichever is more appropriate — you will not need to pay return shipping for a damaged or defective item.

Order changes and cancellations‍ ‍

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible at luca@lucastefanelli.dk if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only guarantee a change or cancellation if production has not yet started.

EU right of withdrawal
